How We Handle Your Information
Privacy Policy.
This notice explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be got through.
Who we are
This website is operated by Web5G Technology Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U73100UP2023PTC187880), trading as Digital Marketing Doctor, 618, 6th Floor, Signature Global Mall, Sector 3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad – 201010, Uttar Pradesh, India.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two enquiry forms — and, if you apply for a job, what you send with your application, set out under Applying for a job below:
- Audit form: your website address, your name and your mobile number.
- Contact form: your name and mobile number, and optionally your company, email address, the type of enquiry and a message.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, anything beyond this. If you write something extra into the message box, it reaches us with the rest of the enquiry.
Why we collect it, and what we do with it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run the work you have asked us to do. Your details are used by our own team for that purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Applying for a job
If you apply through our Careers page, we receive what you enter on the application form and the file you attach:
- Who you are: your name, and the contact details you give us — mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Where you are: your state and city, your home state and town, and where you would travel to work from.
- The role and your background: the role you selected, your current status, your course or qualification and when you expect to complete it, the hours you are available, when you could join, your relevant experience, why you are applying, and how you heard about the job.
- Links you choose to give: a LinkedIn, portfolio or other professional profile, if you add one.
- Your CV or resume: the document you upload, and whatever you have chosen to put in it.
We use this to review your application, to contact you about it, and for our own recruitment. It is seen by the people who handle hiring and is not used to market anything to you. We do not sell, rent or trade it.
Applicant information, including submitted CV/resume and application details, is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to review/respond to the application and for legitimate recruitment/business purposes, subject to applicable law.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your application at any time. Write to the privacy contact given below and we will act on your request within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no tracking pixel, no tag manager and no advertising cookie on any page.
Third-party content
Pages that show where our office is embed a Google Map. That map is served by Google, and Google may collect technical information such as your IP address when it loads. That transfer is made by Google, not by us, and is covered by Google’s own privacy terms.
Our pages also link to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Maps. Those are ordinary links — nothing is shared with them unless you choose to click.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to you and to maintain a business relationship, subject to applicable law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the details you submitted. Write to the contact below and we will act on your request within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.
