These terms cover the services described on this website. Where a signed proposal or engagement says something different, that document takes precedence.

Who these terms are between

You, and Web5G Technology Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U73100UP2023PTC187880), trading as Digital Marketing Doctor, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What we do

Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, social media management, website design and development, and landing page design. What is included at each level is set out on the service pages and in the package details.

Fees and payment

There are two separate amounts, and only one of them is ours.

• Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform — Google, Meta or another — where that is the existing arrangement. We do not collect it and it is not our revenue.
• Our management fee is payable to us in advance for the billing term you choose — quarterly, half-yearly or yearly.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no mandatory long-term commitment, and you can withdraw our access at any time. To discontinue at renewal, tell us 15 days before your renewal date on a quarterly plan, or one month before on a half-yearly or yearly plan.

Management fees for a service term that has already begun are non-refundable. Nothing in this section removes any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, and this clause applies subject to applicable law.

What we need from you

Timely access to the accounts and assets the work depends on, and timely decisions where we ask for them. Where those are delayed, timelines move with them.

Intellectual property

Work produced for you, and paid for, is yours. The methods, templates and internal material we use to produce it remain ours.

Results

Advertising results depend on your market, your budget, your offer, and on factors controlled by Google, Meta and other platforms. Figures shown for past clients are their results, and are examples of previous outcomes rather than promises of future ones. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, rankings or return.

Liability

We are responsible for doing the work described with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for outcomes controlled by an advertising platform, by a change in your market, or by a decision taken outside our scope. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and this section applies subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law. The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change, the version published here is the one that applies.
